4. Account Registration & Verification

You may NOT use our Platform to:
- Engage in illegal activities or facilitate unlawful conduct
- Harass, abuse, threaten, or harm other users
- Submit false, misleading, or fraudulent information
- Impersonate any person or entity
- Attempt to circumvent our verification systems

- Infringe upon intellectual property rights
- Solicit users for services outside our Platform to avoid accountability
- Engage in discriminatory practices based on protected characteristics

- Secure messaging and communication features

- Basic connection facilitation
There are no fees, commissions, or hidden charges for using these core Platform services.
7.2 Direct Payment Responsibility
Critical understanding of our financial model:
- Workaaholic does NOT process, handle, or facilitate payments
- All financial transactions occur directly between users
- We provide no payment guarantees or protections
- Users are solely responsible for payment terms and collection
- We do not mediate payment disputes or provide refunds
- Users assume all financial risks in their transactions
7.3 Payment Best Practices
We recommend users establish clear payment terms including:
- Total cost and payment schedule
- Accepted payment methods
- Deposit requirements (if any)
- Progress payment milestones for larger projects
- Conditions for final payment

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMISSIBLE PURSUANT TO APPLICABLE LAW, WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.
WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT:
- THE PLATFORM WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, SECURE, OR ERROR-FREE
- DEFECTS WILL BE CORRECTED
- THE PLATFORM IS FREE OF VIRUSES OR OTHER HARMFUL COMPONENTS
- ANY INFORMATION PROVIDED IS ACCURATE, RELIABLE, OR COMPLETE
- CONNECTIONS MADE WILL RESULT IN SATISFACTORY SERVICE OUTCOMES
- USERS ARE WHO THEY CLAIM TO BE, DESPITE OUR VERIFICATION EFFORTS
YOU USE THE PLATFORM AT YOUR OWN RISK AND DISCRETION.
12. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, WORKAAHOLIC AND ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AGENTS, AND AFFILIATES SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, RESULTING FROM:
- YOUR ACCESS TO, USE OF, OR INABILITY TO ACCESS OR USE THE PLATFORM
- ANY CONDUCT OR CONTENT OF ANY USER OR THIRD PARTY ON THE PLATFORM
- ANY CONTENT OBTAINED FROM THE PLATFORM
- UNAUTHORIZED ACCESS, USE, OR ALTERATION OF YOUR TRANSMISSIONS OR CONTENT
- SERVICES PROVIDED OR RECEIVED THROUGH PLATFORM CONNECTIONS
- FINANCIAL TRANSACTIONS, PAYMENT DISPUTES, OR FRAUD BETWEEN USERS
- PERSONAL INJURY, PROPERTY DAMAGE, OR OTHER HARM RESULTING FROM SERVICES
- FAILURE OF USERS TO HONOR AGREEMENTS MADE BETWEEN THEM
- ANY COMMUNICATIONS, INTERACTIONS, OR MEETINGS WITH OTHER USERS
IN NO EVENT SHALL WORKAAHOLIC'S TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ALL CLAIMS EXCEED THE AMOUNT OF ONE HUNDRED DOLLARS ($100) OR THE AMOUNT YOU PAID WORKAAHOLIC, IF ANY, IN THE PAST SIX MONTHS, WHICHEVER IS GREATER.
13. Indemnification
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Workaaholic and its officers, directors, employees, agents, and affiliates from and against any claims, disputes, demands, liabilities, damages, losses, and costs and expenses, including without limitation reasonable legal and accounting fees, arising out of or in any way connected with:
- Your access to or use of the Platform
- Your violation of these Terms of Service
- Your interaction with any other user
- Your provision or receipt of services through Platform connections
- Your content and communications on the Platform
- Your violation of any law or rights of any third party
- Any financial transactions or disputes with other users
- Any harm, damage, or injury caused by you or your services
We reserve the right to assume the exclusive defense and control of any matter subject to indemnification by you, in which case you agree to cooperate with our defense of such claims.
14. Dispute Resolution
14.1 User-to-User Disputes
Disputes between users are their responsibility to resolve. While we may provide guidance, we are not obligated to mediate or resolve disputes. Users should attempt direct resolution before seeking external remedies.
14.2 User-to-Platform Disputes
For disputes with Workaaholic:
- First contact our support team to attempt informal resolution
- If unresolved, disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration
- Arbitration will be conducted in accordance with recognized arbitration rules
- Arbitration will take place in Delaware, USA
- Each party bears their own arbitration costs
14.3 Class Action Waiver
YOU AGREE TO RESOLVE DISPUTES WITH WORKAAHOLIC ON AN INDIVIDUAL BASIS AND WAIVE ANY RIGHT TO PARTICIPATE IN CLASS ACTIONS, CLASS ARBITRATIONS, OR REPRESENTATIVE ACTIONS.
14.4 Time Limitation
Any claim or cause of action arising out of or related to use of the Platform or these Terms must be filed within one (1) year after such claim or cause of action arose, or be forever barred.
15. Governing Law
These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
For users outside the United States, you agree that the laws of Delaware, USA govern these Terms and any disputes, and you consent to the jurisdiction of courts in Delaware for any disputes with Workaaholic.

We may modify these Terms of Service at any time. When we make material changes, we will provide notice through:

- Updated "Last updated" date at the top of these Terms
Your continued use of the Platform after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the changes, you must stop using the Platform.

By using Workaaholic, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. You also acknowledge that Workaaholic is a connection platform only and does not process payments or guarantee service outcomes.
